Tim Sullivan, CEO, has been here for 43 years. Although his specialty is in freezer storage and inedible byproducts, he also was Vice President of Standard Beef. Tim was involved in the slaughter, boning, inedible rendering, trucking (both live and hanging) of beef, veal and lamb. He ran a pork breaking line and made ready to eat products (bacon bits and pizza topping). In 1989, Tim was elected by the import houses across the northern border as President of the USCBIA (United States Canadian Border Inspection Association), an office he holds today.
